Feeling Blue?

Introducing the new butterfly pea flower powder, one of my most favourite flowers to work with in my health journey..

Do you experience brain fog? Do you need more antioxidants in your diet? More support with your overall health and brightness of your skin?

Butterfly pea flower powder is like a warm hug from the inside but you can also use this beautiful flower in your bath too - the kids love it! (pair with the lunar oil & you have the best kid friendly wind down bath tub fun! without the nasties & toxins that other products give).

Today we are focusing on making a delcious moon milk (both vegan & dairy options) perfect for the winter blues and warming the insides for a cosy wind down at the end of the day.

You’ll need;

  • Our butterfly pea flower powder

  • Your fave comfort mug

  • Honey or any other type of sweetner (agave is also great for a honey alternative)

  • Milk, coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk

  • chamomile tea/tea bag

How to;

place a tea bag or tea and brew chamomile tea in 1/4 of water in your mug (allow this to steep for 5-10 mins)

in a pot on the stove or another mug in the microwave, pour your milk option into the mug or pot on the stove and heat up milk. 3/4 so that you fill up the rest of your mug.

add your honey or honey alternative into your milk and allow to heat up

add 1/2 teaspoon of butterfly pea flower powder into your milk mixture and stir

add this mixture to your tea mix in your mug and stir all together

you get the benefits of relaxing chamomile, butterfly pea flower (that has powerful antioxidants as well as helping with brain clarity and skin health) and the sweetness of the honey/honey alternative.

You can of course add any spices to this if you like; cinnamon works really well!
