Step into your highest self..

I am completely obsessed with the new ‘higher self oil’ that has beautiful botanicals and scents that are made to connect you to your intuition, third eye, spirit guides, ancestors, angels and even spirit babies.

Here is beautiful ritual that you can use to empower your highest self;

you’ll need;

  • the higher self oil

  • a white candle

  • a third eye crystal- amethyst, labradorite, kyanite, moonstone, blue apatite, purple fluorite, sodalite, angelite, lepidolite..

  • a small mirror

  • You can also use herbs & botanicals like lavender, thyme, rosemary, rose

How to;

Place your mirror face side up on a flat surface

place your candle in middle of the mirror

place the crystals and herbs/botanicals around the white candle (however you feel, get creative! and let yourself have fun with placements around the candle)

apply some of the higher self oil to the white candle (this can be a tealight candle as well espically if you are short on time!)

sit with yourself in front of the mirror for a few minutes and reflect on what your most aligned self looks like, feels like, smells like etc. if you struggle to visualise, write it all down instead !

Let the candle burn all the way down and dispose candle when finished. clean mirror and place the botanicals and herbs into a bath with the higher self oil for a spiritual bath (you can also pop in the butterfly pea flower powder in the bath also for a really relaxing and skin benefiting bath).
